Palms n' Patties

My wife and I came here with another couple to try a new smash burger spot and Palms and Patties seriously impressed us. I had seen it on TikTok and it absolutely lived up to the hype. We all ordered the grilled smash burger with hand cut fries and the burger itself was the star. The patties were the perfect thickness. Not too thin like some smash burgers can be but still cooked perfectly with great flavor. I would definitely recommend getting the double because it needs the extra meat. You could probably even do a triple if you are really hungry. It is a bit pricier than In N Out which we expected but the quality definitely shows. The balance of mustard and ketchup was spot on and not overpowering. We even asked a few other people waiting for food what they thought compared to In N Out an

First time going to Palm’s and Patties. Got the double smash burger and the PNP fries with Parmesan. The burger was rly good, flavorful, not too salty, and the meat was seared nicely. 10/10 recommend the PNP fries. They were generous with the sauce but the fries still had a nice crunchy texture and the Parmesan cheese was nicely grated!

This place was amazing, I ordered two burgers. I got the grilled smash and the cheeseburger.. And I got the PNP fries the meat taste is absolutely phenomenal, cooked perfection, and all the ingredients tasted very fresh. I love the branding, I love the food, definitely will be back.

The new burger joint in OC Mix Mart is excellent! Very tasty smash burger, great fries and not too expensive. Go try it!
