⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My first time eating at Paloma for brunch in Mooresville and it definitely exceeded expectations. We decided to give it a try for brunch, and from the moment we walked in, we loved the atmosphere. It has a great vibe — stylish, welcoming, and the perfect balance of relaxed and upbeat. It’s the kind of place you can sit back, enjoy your food and drinks, and really take your time. The drinks were amazing — well made, flavorful, and presented great. You can tell they take pride in what they’re serving. Service was really quick, and everything flowed smoothly from start to finish. The bartender was very friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome the entire time. Great customer service always makes a difference, and they absolutely delivered. Overall, we truly enjoyed our time there

Looking for a new place to try and I’m so sad we didn’t find this place earlier. The drinks were exceptional. The food is something you’d expect to find in a city and is certainly a draw for foodies. Our appetizers were so delicious and then the main entrees arrived and I can 1000% say my dinner moved up to the top 10 meals I’ve ever eaten. It was cooked to perfection, the greens and grains were paired perfectly. I cannot wait to eat this meal again. My husband ordered the past dish. Super flavorful and pretty filling. The host and our server, Bailey were so friendly. The service was prompt and fresh. Nothing sat under a heat lamp. The music was on the border of being too loud but the acoustics were pretty good considering the size of the establishment and the number of patron

Very happy to have found this spot in its first year. The setting, decor and vibe don’t really match the food and drinks but I’ll take the taste and presentation over environment any day. The place has the feel of a lunch spot — deli/diner - but it serves up great unique craft cocktails like the best speakeasies and creative tasty food like a top restaurant. We will certainly be back — and may have to Uber next time ;-)

Made reservations for a Friday night. It was pretty busy but we were seated right away. The steak special was worth the price!!! The NY strip was amazing, the mashed potatoes were perfect. Loved the Brussels and the drinks were strong! Def worth the splurge. Will be back.

Stopped by for brunch with some friends on a Saturday. They weren’t very busy and the staff was very kind. We sat outside and they had a guitarist who was lovely. We had the deviled eggs and I had the chicken and waffles. I loved the taste and presentation of everything! We will be back for sure!
