I was so excited to try a new Mexican restaurant, and Paloma absolutely exceeded my expectations! We started with the queso completo, hands down one of the best appetizers I’ve ever had. It was unbelievably delicious! The empanadas were also amazing, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. For our main dishes, we had the steak fajitas and the burrito, both were packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. The drinks were excellent too, especially the red sangria, which was refreshing and well-balanced. To top it all off, the desserts were incredible. The churros were freshly made with great dipping sauces, and the tres leches with a touch of marshmallow on top was sensational—such a unique twist on a classic! The service was outstanding, everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. A

I visited Paloma Tequila & Tacos in Woodstock on a Saturday afternoon and sat at the bar. It took about five to seven minutes before the bartender greeted me, though she did apologize once she arrived. I ordered the Tacos de Carne Asada ($17) with a side of rice and beans ($5) and a house frozen margarita ($12), for a total of $34 for one person. The tacos are not presented on the menu as street tacos, so I was expecting a more substantial portion. Instead, the tacos were extremely small – more like taquitos – and the serving size was disappointing, especially at this price point. The rice and beans, which cost extra here, are included at most other Mexican restaurants I visit, and they were bland and lacking in flavor. The steak in the carne asada was chewy and under-seasoned, and overal

We had the best experience that we have had in a very long time at a restaurant! It was our first visit and it far surpassed my expectations. We had the most personable, efficient, thoughtful server, Chris. We sat outside with our teenage boys and our sassy toddler—he handled their multiple refills and her playful attitude without batting an eye. I didn’t feel like we were an inconvenience or an annoyance; he made us feel welcomed. The FOOD! I can’t remember the last time that every bite I took was full of flavor! I had the al pastor tacos, my husband had the carne asada burrito, we shared the queso and the empanadas and truly, it was all incredible! Everything also came out in a timely manner, which is super important when handling young ones in a restaurant. I also enjoyed a very tasty P

Everything we had tonight was fantastic!! Tracy our waitress was so lovely, personable, and really took the time to go over the menu. The blood orange margarita and spicy jalapeño pineapple margarita were both excellent! I had the birria tacos and my husband had the carne asada burrito but I did not get a picture of his meal. The meat had a ton of flavor and was super tender!! We will definitely be back!

I’ll start by saying the people working here are incredibly nice and the facility is very nice. We were less impressed with the food and drinks. I had the blueberry and kiwi margarita and carnitas tacos, my husband had enchiladas and cheese dip, and our friends had the fajitas and kid fish sticks. My drink had interesting flavors and was sweet. It did not have any strength to it at all (there were only maybe two or three swallows that had a hint of tequila). The carnitas tacos had fantastic homemade looking corn tortillas; however, there wasn’t much to fill them (half of it was mashed beans and like a tablespoon of pork so you didn’t get much flavor). The cheese dip was some sort of different cheese; our friend’s son who only eats cheese dip at other places refused to eat it. More chunky
