Pan Con Queso

My girlfriend and I stopped by on a recent trip to Portland and were blown away. We had the El Chingon and Micho Rizzo pizzas along with the Caesar Chavez salad. We couldn't resist ordering a third pizza to go (pepperoni). =] P.C.Q. and Holy Ghost share the communal space so we grabbed a drink while we ate. Good vibes and great convo.

So glad we finally made it in for this incredible and unique pizza experience. The crust is fantastic. Sourdough and so well crafted. The toppings are thoughtful and unique, and the outdoor seating near the fire pit made for an excellent meal and conversation. Cannot wait to go back and try the whole menu.

Fantastic Caesar salad!!! Wonderful outdoor seating on and off street, and access to drinks via the attached Holy Ghost bar. Pizza dough (sourdough) is some of the best I have ever had.

Overall great experience. Easily 5 stars across the board. I found out about this place from a video and immediately made it a priority to try it out. Service was great very helpful and had patience when I had questions about the menu. Everything about the pizza hit all my check marks. The flavors and ingredients integrated together creating their unique combinations created a very well rounded pizza. I will say one thing about the crust, it was a little doughy. The entire pizza was cooked perfectly but it was just inside the crust needed a little bit more cooking. Other than that this place was awesome to try out. Do not skip this place.
