it's hard to find an authentic Mexican bakery in the peninsula area. It's "relatively easy" in San Francisco or San Jose, but in between, there are no good options. Believe me, I've tried them all. This is definitely an excellent choice. It has a variety of pan dulce, bolillo, telera (if you know you, know), and Mexican bisquets!!! And of course, their Conchas are heaven, you can really mess up with Conchas, if you know how to do it, you are authentic. So if you are in the area and want to have a "sweet moment" this is your choice.

The bolillos are not good problably they use the cheapest flour .the sweet bread some of them every time they make them smaller and smaller,and the mangonada does not have a flavor of mango only sugar and color.They used to have good mango sorbet now is only ice and sugar add it.

The bread/Mexican pastries looked fresh with a good selection. The churros seemed to be uncooked, but it was a filling of sorts. A simple, fast stop to pick up a dessert, flan, a quick coffee.

Just had a traditional “concha” Mexican bread !! It was soooooooo good !! Was trying to get a torta but I came late they we’re getting to close so I pick the concha ! Was the best concha I ever had in the Bay Area !

We usually get our bolillos here, fun to toast when we get home and make a sandwich. I was at a celebration and they served cake made by them. It was moist and tasty.
