Pancheros Mexican Grill - Cherry Hill

Food is amazing but customer service can be kinda rude. Was there last April/ may and they were rude to my family and I. Thought I would give it another try because I love Pancheros and I passed it on the way home. I love the food it’s excellent! I don’t like to leave these type of reviews but the service just isn’t there

Horrible, the portions are way too small for what they are charging. Charging extra for regular scoops of food. Very rude, half ass, greedy staff. Unbelievable, I gave this location a few chances and they always find a way to disappoint! I will not be spending my hard earned money here anymore!! You’re better off going to a local Mexican restaurant where you pay the same prices for better quality food, generous portions, and service!!

The price is good and pricing is even better than chipotle. The food was very quick and filling. The size is about the same weight as a Chipotle bowl only slightly smaller. The steak pieces were little small though.

I have come here since they open and one thing I know that the lady behind counter name it’s Sandra. Sandra have always been so nice and kind I’m always happy to come here cause she always make my burrito how I wanted there’s other locations but this one have to be my favorite

Service was quick. Skimped on the pico and I asked for light lettuce, but she gave me three large handfuls. Quality was good, comparable to Chipotle. I’d visit again.
