Pancheros Mexican Grill - Glassboro

I've ordered from here a couple of times. The food is good with high quality ingredients and is well prepared. Their blue tortilla chips are excellent and you get enough cheese for them when you order the queso.

Terrible, this is the second time I have ordered from this location and they completely messed up my order.. I sincerely am beginning to wonder if the staff making the food is capable of basic reading and comprehension skills.. Both of the bowls I ordered did not include the extra meat I paid for, the one had zero cheese even after paying for extra.. The one bowl had the wrong meat entirely and both of them barely had any meat at all. $37 for 2 bowls full of rice, beans, lettuce, and corn salsa. When I called to complain I was put on hold for 10 minutes just to be told there is no manager on duty. What a joke.. AVOID THIS LOCATION! Poorly managed and the staff is fully incompetent!! ZERO STARS! 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Staff is super friendly and welcoming Edit 11/23/2025 Went here at 7:40 pm and just wanted to shout out the worker at the register. Extremely friendly and kind. Entire shift was very kind and patient. Very happy with my experience tonight.

I’ve never had an issues before I just ordered from here and I got the bowl normal stuff and the veggies in it. The veggies were basically green bell peppers and onions which I don’t mind I like them but they were raw. It’s like they’d been just warmed up and then served. They were giant pieces of raw onion and raw pepper. I had to pick them out because everything just tasted of raw onion. I’ve never had this issues before but it really put me off. I usually always come here not chipotle but now i don’t know if I wanna risk getting chunks of raw onion in my food again.

I ordered a carnitas quesadilla and asked for sour cream and also paid extra for extra sour cream. When I returned home, I noticed there was no sour cream in the bag at all. There was also barely any meat in my quesadilla. I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the food.
