Panchi’s Restaurant

After buying my jacket from Botas Guadalajara, the lady who works there recommended I eat at Panchi's restaurant across the street from them. Panchis restaurant had plenty of parking in the back this Thursday afternoon, and it wasn't busy. The ambiance was excellent; they had excellent classical Mexican music playing in the background, and after seeing some of the customers' food, I knew this would be good. They have an extensive menu, but I wanted to try their taco al pastor and their taco governador. The total for today's meal was $12.75 with tip. While waiting, I noticed they also serve tap beer and all meals are serve with chips and salsa. My meal took about 10 minutes to make and the tacos looked delicious. If you’re craving Sinaloense food, this is the place to visit. The flavors are authentic, the portions are generous, and everything tastes homemade. The service is exceptional friendly, fast, and they really make you feel at home. And the owner? Seriously one of the nicest people ever. You can tell they put their heart into everything. Don’t sleep on this spot!

Great customer service. Good portions and reasonable price. The cheff is super friendly and always comes to the table to ask if everything was good. Love the additions to the menu 😋.we feel more like family at this location and less of a customer. Great atmosphere.
