People have been talking about this place and now I understand why! I absolutely loved ponchos and Lefty's. The food was great the service was great the atmosphere was great. I just wish that I had had more room to eat more. Next time I go back I'm definitely going to get the nachos. I saw them go by a couple of times and they looked fantastic. I ended up getting the bowl and the flavors were so unique! Loved it!
We weren't sure what to do for dinner. We were headed over to Hooper's but the line there was out the door and was an hour long! Plus, a lot of people had large families. My husband and I walked over to the Mexican place and I'm so glad we did!! We sat at the bar because there was a 30-minute wait there to get a table. I had a margarita & my husband had a sangria slushie. I got beef enchiladas for dinner and he got the sizzling fajitas that had beef and lobster in them. Everything was excellent! We will be back next time we come to Ocean City, Maryland.
Stopped here with my husband and our friends for dinner on a Friday night. We were seated right away. The table surface was a little uneven which was weird, but the food was good. I had the Lefty's Lust and my husband had the Pistol Pete's. Our friends had the beef enchiladas and chicken enchiladas. The margaritas were excellent. Happy hour was buy one, get one half price. Our waitress didn't make much of an appearance, but luckily we didn't need much.
We decided to stop at Pancho & Lefty's in Ocean City Maryland for a late lunch. Parking was free & plentiful. The building was inviting & clean. Between the two of us, we ordered: Queso Grande Appetizer = huge bowl of queso with a fresh large Jalepeno. Costa Tacos 🌮 = Chicken substituting rice for refried beans. Beef Enchiladas. For being a Mexican restaurant, the atmosphere seemed more of a family owned tex-mex restaurant instead of an authentic mexican. I wish they would have had music to go with the atmosphere. I was also not told that by substituting the rice for refried beans, there would be a full price charge (not even a little upcharge). Overall, the food was good, the hostess and waitress were friendly and food was brought out quickly.
First time in Ocean City and this place was right down from where we were staying. Wasn’t in the mood for seafood so took a chance with this place…. Would give a 4.5 if I could. Great atmosphere, friendly and responsive staff. Food was good - we got the Lefty’s Lust burrito and the Eastern Shore quesadilla (with regular tortilla). The burrito was solid but not life changing. The quesadilla was really good. Drinks are on point.. again.. would have given a 4.5 if possible. Def solid choice for dinner.
