Pancho's Méxican Food

Be prepared to be asked to tip! 15%-25%. I've actually seen owners do this and add it to revenue. Food is expensive as it is so when I feel compelled to tip, i don't return. The meat was a bit dry and the cheese was shredded cheddar. Strong onion taste. Such a bummer because I love good Mexican food. Plenty of meat given, but not the best. It looks good, but not worth the $50 I spent for 2. Also it was late, but the place looked like it needed a good cleaning in the dining room. Maybe they had a party. Idk.

Good tasting but seems too expensive. Even just a side of beans was around five dollars. Sorta authentic seeming Mexican food but the prices are as much as a sit down restaurant and I wasn’t impressed with the portion sizes. I believe they serve, even for sit in, on styrofoam, I had to ask them to put mine on a paper they use to wrap burritos instead. Plastic forks that don’t appear biodegradable, correct me if I’m mistaken. No recycling bins… overall I’m not terribly impressed. Sorta good food but I’d rather not waste so much dough.Even the in their pictures portion sizes look dismal.

12/7/2024 9:00pm This is my second time staying overnight in town I was told if I wanted some quick and delicious Mexican food to come here. Well, I ordered some super nachos, and these were absolutely delicious! I’ll come back and try something else in the future as well as check out other food establishments. You won’t be disappointed with the nachos, that’s for sure.

Called ahead with a party of 9 and they moved tables around to accommodate. And this is a fast food place basically, but with amazing Mexican food. I was in heaven with the quesabirria tacos. My wife got the street tacos, and out of the three, the lengua tacos were my favorite. She also ordered the ceviche tostada, and it was some of the best ceviche I’ve ever had. The kids quesadillas were much larger than I expected and came with beans and rice. They had several flavors of jarritos, fountain drinks, and horchata. I’ll definitely be back on my way through rock springs.

This is probably the saddest Carne Asada Torta I have ever seen. There are more tomatoes on this Torta than there is Carne.. what even happened here? If you’re out of Carne just say that. This is a veggie torte at best with ver minimal Guacamole as well
