Panchos Tacos

Great little food truck with surprisingly fast service and really good prices. The food is excellent and they have an extensive menu. We tried the Sinaloa , the ceviche, and the green chili pork. All of it really good. You can still get a plate lunch for 10 bucks . 🤙

Seriously, EVERYONE has to try this spot! I cruised through town looking for something to munch on when I stumbled across Panchos. Being from Texas, I was seriously wow'd by the quality and flavor of their Birria de Res taco plate. It may even be the best Birria I've ever had - and we have A LOT to choose from here. Staff was great. Plenty of condiments, napkins, and utensils. Great sitting area if you have time.

LOVED IT!!!! who would of thought the best Mexican food I have ever had, would be in a remote village on the Big Island? I don't say this lightly.I have lived in Texas, Nevada and California. There Is something truly special about this taco truck! It must be a combination of great ingredients, Put together by great people, on a mission to make the most tasty and savory food. If You are in Pahao, and craving wonderful mexican food, PANCHOS TACOS is beyond a doubt the place you want to visit. On some days their are tables st up to sale honey, cookies and other options.

I have tried many things made by Panchos Tacos: tacos, mulitas, quesoritos, chili verde, and more. Everything is absolutely delicious! Most Wednesdays our clinic gets an office order together. Panchos is the best taco truck on this island, hands down.

So far the best Mexican food I've had on the Island so far. I got the El Pastor burrito 🌯. They was out of carna asada. Go back next Tuesday for sure.
