One of the busiest Panda Express restaurants in Allen and surrounding areas. Across the street from City Allen and Police Department. They serve a sn fresh cooked teriyaki chicken and beef broccoli. Many take out orders came in and out at this location. There are money are easy to read and price are very reasonable. I like the quality of food and service here. The grilled chicken always run out fast as they made it constantly. Panda Express has one of the best teriyaki sauce in business. I recommend their famous orange chicken, beef broccoli and grilled teriyaki chicken for sure. The restaurant is clean and organized. Plenty of space. No complaints. I can’t even begin to explain how good my experience at this Panda Express was. My girlfriend and I have been so disappointed because every panda we’ve ate at has been terrible since moving to Texas but we just moved to Allen and ate at this one and the food was INCREDIBLE! And cherry on top was Andi! She was such a delight and made the experience so much better than I imagined a fast food restaurant was capable of giving! Will definitely be back!

Horrible experience. I ordered my food online to pickup in store. The person working the window at 1:20 pm on 2/25/26pm, greeted me with an unwelcoming gesture. I informed I was picking up and she immediately asked to see my phone as if I was lying, and when she seen that I didn’t have my phone, proceeded to hand me my order. Will not be back at that restaurant.

Kevin was the G.O.T.E. he was nice, kind, respectful, fast, and great at customer service. Truly one of best experiences i have had from a panda in a while

I came here because it's one of my kids favorite places to eat. I don't eat here often because items I'd like to order or try are often not available. The held true with this visit. There was a chicken item, marked as a healthier option and I was told 15 minutes. After my daughter and I ate the entree still hadn't been added. I ordered half noodles and half fried rice. The rice was ok but my noodles were hard and dry. My chicken entre was the Honey Sesame Chicken Breast which looked better than it tasted. My daughter ordered the orange chicken and was happy.
