The food was good and tasted fresh, and the menu had plenty of options. The servers were nice and helpful, which made for a pleasant experience overall. A solid spot for Chinese food.

Service is fast even when it gets busy. The food was fresh but the Beijing Beef barely had any beef in it. Would stick with the classic orange chicken.

The food has been "alright" since I've been here, but the staff has always had problems. The staff when I first got here, were efficient and fast. Now, there is a massive language barrier to the point the cashiers have no idea what you're saying so they have to ask 5 times and it seems like the kitchen and the servers are always out of sync. Worst Panda I've been to and not worth the price.

The food here was fresh and good, loved the super greens. The ladies working the food line were nice and efficient. The lady running the register however...speaks insanely fast with a heavy accent, not effiecient, won't listen and WOW RUDE! I can not want to deal with that again. Good job to the ladies working the food though.

The Panda Express at Joint Base Andrews usually does a great job of serving a huge number of customers at peak lunchtime hours. Their staff is efficient and courteous. That is why mistakes stand out and employees who make them leave a bad impression. Yesterday they did not have any Teriyaki Chicken. In a small counter operation with only a handful of entrees, this is disappointing. The alternative Broccoli and Beef was more broccoli than Beef so that was not good. And, no order is complete without the cutlery and the fortune cookie which were missing from my order.
