Got me standin here looking like an idiot i dont appriciate that. Could at least say something like..1 momment sir. Dayanna is here name i guess. Decided to help 4 people before even acknowledging me ... had to flag a manager who decided I needed to do extra idiocy and go back to my car to get a confirmation number which we couldn't locate. Horrible experience. Sad too cause its my 3rd time eating here this week... 🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️🤷🏿‍♂️

Edit: another year has gone by and it's the same. Sometimes it can be really good. Otherwise they still skimp on premium dishes you pay more for. Ordering from the app gives them the chance to skimp portions and load older food into your plate. I grabbed the spicy orange chicken expecting something incredible and it tasted like it sat around for a while. It's just not any good. Maybe if you order in and watch what they do it'll be better, but ordering from the app to save time doesn't help. 2nd pic is the recent order with a whole 5 shrimp! Smh. Thought I'd give Panda another chance a year later. Incompetence. Remember when you could get Chinese food and the packaging would be bursting at the seams with food? Those times have passed. My first time and everything was great. The place is clean the staff very friendly and helpful, we wait for 10 min to get a perfect kun pao chicken just made. The vegetables were cooked crunchy not softly overcooked. The chicken had a good taste it wasnt just breaded little chunks. Didn't give 5 stars because the rice taste could be better in my opinion, but I will be back.

Marcii was such an amazing person. In the short bit that we interacted with her and her crew, they were all amazing!! She went above what she really needed to in order to make sure our order was correct. She had fresh food prepared to facilitate our order as well!! She was amazing, and made our experience the best!!
