Panda Express

I love panda express and this was my first time trying this location. I got chow mein and honey walnut shrimp which was fine (a little bit cold but i also ate it after driving home so that could be my fault) but i also got cream cheese rangoons and this is the first time i’ve gotten one with no cream cheese. like they flat out didn’t put cream cheese in it which sucks because those are my favorite. disappointing

Honest review of this place : Food: Orange chicken was great, fried rice was very bland. I tried the chicken egg roll as well, also very bland. Service: My entire experience here was very awkward. I felt like I was being a burden just asking for what I wanted. Staff member that checked me out seemed to not be very happy about their job. Atmosphere: Very loud, one of the kitchen machines has a loud beep that drove me and my girlfriend crazy. Overall, I rate the entire experience 5/10 , but to be honest, I don’t think I’ll ever come back. The chicken was good, but not THAT good for what I paid.

Orange chicken good ..chow mein noodle are dry and under cooked almost hard even, ordered thru door dash.

Panda Express is hands down one of my go-to spots when I’m craving something delicious, fast, and satisfying. Every time I visit, I’m reminded of why I love it so much. The food is consistently tasty and fresh. Their prices are super reasonable, especially for the generous portions they serve. My usual order is chow mein noodles with orange chicken and teriyaki chicken—an unbeatable combo, in my opinion. The chow mein is always flavorful and perfectly cooked, not too oily, and packed with just the right amount of veggies. The orange chicken is the ultimate comfort food—crispy on the outside, tender inside, and coated in that sweet and tangy glaze that hits all the right notes. So honestly the worst one is in our local town somehow… as a “policy” they can make accommodations such as cooking a fresh batch of WALNUT SHRIMP. Somehow Nashville is able to make that accommodation but it’s an hour 30 away… you guys and your management are the absolute worst. Especially the general manager with her “final say” on the matter. You need an attitude adjustment if you’re going to be in customer service and not be rude and snarky.
