I’ve been coming here for a year now and never had a poor experience. That said, I read the reviews today out of curiosity and was disappointed. Today was another fantastic experience. Miguel and Michael served us and were exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

Check your online order before you leave this location I just came to help a friend relocate here and we decided to order lunch. We both order the bigger plate and I only got 2 of my entrees, and my friend got 2 of the 3 she ordered, teriyaki sauce but no teriyaki chicken. I tried to call and speak to someone about it and of course no one answered the phone. I’ll never order here due to the inconvenience, but if you decide to. Please check your order first.

Amazing staff told a guy it was my first time at a panda express and he did awesome at explaining it all and even asked if it was good after i was done eating. Orange chicken 10/10 teriyaki chicken 7/10. Would recommend

Well, you finally succeeded in losing me as a long-time customer. There are far better food options now in Dawsonville. My bowl order tonight via drive-thru (#403524) at 5:13 PM — fried rice with Sesame Shrimp & Beef — barely had any protein, yet cost almost $11. Flavor hot yes, but nothing exciting. Completely unacceptable. I can no longer recommend this restaurant.

‘There you go’ is the new way of saying Thank you at this location : We were headed to a camping site and 2 out of a group of 13 decided on Panda Express. The drive-thru was quite unpleasant. The young lady at the drive-thru at around 4 pm on Friday was very unprofessional with 3 flat no answers. 1. We asked if she has broccoli on the side and that was No. 2. I asked if I could get half and half sweet tea - she told us that they have no unsweetened tea. 3. My passenger wanted to add an egg roll and she said she couldn’t add it at the pick up window and we had to circle around and start a new order. The cherry on top was we were handed the receipt with a ‘There you go’ (No thank you). So if anyone of u hear a Thank you - feel blessed. AVOID THIS PLACE !
