Panda Express

My kids really enjoy Panda Express and this location meets their expectations. Food is reasonably priced and they get your order through very quickly. It's pretty good American Chinese fast food. They do a good job keeping the place clean and presentable. Great location and they have been in the same spot for a long time. We ordered 3 types of plates (bowl, cub meal, and plate) and had Chow Mein, Orange Chicken, Broccoli Beef, Honey Sesame Chicken, and Mushroom Chicken.

Went in today specifically to grab a snack because I had a free small entree as a birthday reward on the app. I told the guy who helped me that I just wanted the small entree and picked what I wanted. He put the chicken in the container and then rung it up. I pulled up the code for the free small entree and scanned it. At first he said there was something wrong with the system which I get because the app was running slow. He had me pull the code up again and when I scanned it he said, you have to buy an additional item. I said it doesn’t say that anywhere on the app not on the coupon and I showed him. He said he was the manager and if I wanted the free small entree I would still need to purchase another item. I walk out without anything and I won’t be walking back in again. They ha

I just left this location, I came in and had the worst experience. The line was completely empty and it was 10 pm. He was literally going to sell me a 3 plate entree with just beef and broccoli, fried rice and chow mein on the line. When I asked for spring rolls he said all they had were cheese ragoons. I asked how long it would take to cook some and he said “ no we aren’t cooking anymore tonight. I’ve been to Peiwei and they would have never rejected a customer’s request. This is just insane. How do they expect to sell for half an hour and not having anything to sell. This is just upsetting and not ok.

Although I have eaten at Panda Express before this the first time I have reviewed it. This time I had my order to go. I ordered the original orange chicken, chicken and mushrooms, beef broccoli, chow mein and three chicken egg rolls. All of the food as always was very delicious. I just love coming to Ppanda Express and I have dine-in in this particular restaurant and it's always clean, staff very friendly and polite. This is my go to place when I am in the mood for Chinese food.

Went on a weekday around 9pm, over half the food and woks were already put away. Was told that only a select type of entrees can be cooked if not available. The remaining entrees were dry and overly sweet and salty. The staff scooping the food was nice. However, the middle aged female cook was not. She was rude to the other staff when they asked her if a specific entree can be cooked. She was visibly annoyed by the fact that she had to cook more food, despite the fact that there was still 1.5hours left before closing. This isn’t the first time I’ve seen the same cook be rude to the staff up front. She always rolls her eyes and has an attitude when asked to cook up more food… Panda Express, y’all need to get a new cook.
