Pic is of a bone in the orange chicken. We got this at the new e DuPont road location. Didn't bother the staff over an $11 meal, expectations are of quality we ask for. Food was.... Not what it used to be. I didn't finish mine due to bland taste Hoping for better, but a BRAND NEW store already having quality issues is a bad sign.
When you order Teriyaki chicken, you would expect to get Teriyaki sauce in the bag, NOT SOY SAUCE!! Chicken was dry and the noodles portion small and also dry. I had hard time understanding the lady taking out order, accent was tough and she interrupted several times instead of listening to the choices. She was present at the window. I’m guessing she grabbed the wrong sauce too. I normally enjoy Panda Express from other locations. 🤷🏻♂️
We like going to panda express. This one was off. The workers at the counter didn't help us and had to call for them. And when we needed sauces (soy sauce, sweet and sour, etc), they didn't even look at us. We had to literally ring the bell. Lastly, the parking lot lights never came on. They were off when we got there (8:45pm) and when we left (9:30pm).
I don't know if it's just this location or all locations, but they no longer cut their teriyaki chicken anymore. The switch to sauce packets for teriyaki sauce a couple of years ago was also a big step down for me. Quality and service no longer seem to matter, even as prices skyrocket. If this is progress, let's go backward.
This is a message to the manager Athena thank you for talking to me today sorry we had to talk bad about an employee and the way they act I want to say that every time I have come up here to report a problem you have never been disrespectful you have been very polite and understanding today's date is August 20th 2025 and I have to say you are one of the best managers I have dealt with that works at Panda Express I would like to give you a recommendation of appreciation for how you handle the situation and listening to my situation I hope you continue to do good work thank you
