Panda Express

I ordered a Panda bowl of Black Pepper Surloin Steak and chow Mein and got some kind of honey chicken thing. The dishes don't even remotely look the same. Panda Express, you guys gotta do better.

Pictured is the fried rice, beef & broccoli, honey walnut shrimp, and teriyaki chicken. It was fresh and amazing! Chicken moist and flavorful. Broccoli cooked perfectly at which it still had crunch. Beef was tender. The shrimp is not over cooked and nice sized. The honey glaze compliments it perfectly with the candied walnuts. The rice is simply delicious! The reason for the four stars is because I always feel rushed. The young lady that fixes the food seems to give a death stare like she is forcing you with her eyes to order hurriedly. People eat with their eyes and if they're not given a few seconds to at least try new items instead of picking the same stuff to stay safe, then we wouldn't feel so rushed. I will still eat here though because I love their food just not the customer serv

Always good food. There are 2 ladies that work there that are always so nice.

We have been coming to this location nearly every Sunday for a very long time. Recently the customer service has gotten bad. We have felt like we are an imposition to the employees, there is NEVER smiles, never a welcoming feeling to be had. It's like "what do you want, hurry up so I can write it on the box, get you to the cashier and outta my face". Once you get to the cashier it's like pulling teeth to get condiments and napkins. This last Sunday we went and there was a new person taking orders, standing by himself. He rushed us, didn't listen at all. When I said to Nicole (as she stated what we supposedly ordered)(it was wrong) "He isn't listening" (all I said) "she said you don't need to be rude" and a verbal exchange started. She did say he was new but if so, she or someone, should h

O stars if I could give one the girl working on this day at 7:22 pm was so rude with us that we decided to cancel our order. She said they are about to close so we shouldn't worry about how long it takes to make more chicken and then she walked away from us! For not one single reason just walked away. MY husband loves panda but we will never use this establishment again.
