Panda Express

Not a busy storm in regards to lobby, drive-through maybe. Me and two other customers waited about 5+ minutes for someone to come in ring us up at the register because that employee is cleaning the bathrooms. Also, one customer actually left because no one acknowledged him. I feel as if the management needs to help train staff to prioritize the customer service And food getting out quicker. Lobby I was told closes at 11 PM and they’re cleaning the bathrooms two hours prior to closing, thus taking one essential team member away from the line to help move orders. Just an observation, hope this helps management. It could just be an off night.

I was very disappointed with my visit. The tea (both sweet and unsweetened) had a burnt taste, and the chicken was mostly fat. The noodles were not prepared properly, and both the spicy chicken and chicken egg roll were overcooked and burnt. Unfortunately, I ended up throwing away much of the meal. While the service was fine, the food quality was well below expectations. I would not recommend this location and suggest looking elsewhere for a better experience.

Went through the drive thru. Got beef and broccoli. They gave me two tiny pieces of beef. And the rice was hard, not sticky, like it was yesterdays left over. Complete rip off. Never going back. What a joke.

So I haven't been to a Panda Express in a very long time, over a year easily. But my kids were really wanting to grab it, so we swung through and got four 3-large plate entrees. Overall I was surprised how hot and fresh the food was, the portion size and the friendliness of the staff. We had an issue with our order unfortunately, which was to go. We got home and were missing an order of orange chicken. I was very frustrated as it was nearly $55 for our order and to get home and be missing an item at 8:30 at night... So I called and the person made it more than right. He offerred me to come back and get an entire free meal and appetizer. My daughter was very excited to go back today and eat at resturant and have me orange chicken and fortune cookies. Thank you for fixing our issue with
