Absolutely stunned at the portion sizes and lack of care for customer's orders. Why did I pay for this? Hoping someone in management reaches out, but I have doubts. Also: after actually eating the food the orange chicken was nearly petrified, the rice is completely inedible, dry, and clumped, and there was almost no beef in the double order of beef and broccoli, the Wonton's and eggroll were not even cooked all the way If it wasn't so late I would have taken it back and gotten a refund.

Completely hit or miss. Half the time we get great service, food is portioned well and hot, and our order is correct. Other half the time we get zero effort service, the scrapings of the pan only half filled up in our box, and the wrong food! I don't know what to expect, but wish it was just consistent.

We ordered dinner to be delivered. When it arrived one of the plates had an entire entree missing! I called and they basically said , oh sorry. I said I need them to resend it and they said they couldn’t. I asked for a refund and they refunded only $2!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? We won’t be ordering from them again! The customer service is terrible!!! I am pissed. Rather than eating the food we ordered, I ate cereal since I had planned to share this!!! Unacceptable!

I stopped with a group for lunch and we hit just before noon and there was a lot of people going in. I thought it would be slow but I was surprised, the ladies that do Tuesday lunch shift know how to do it. They worked like a well oiled machine and you did not stand still very long and it was time to move forward. we got our food quickly. The food was hot and the servings were big, the chicken was a little tough but tasted good. The place has seating for a bunch of people and even with all the people coming in and eating there it is quiet enough to carry on a conversation. Still can't get over how fast this crew could serve the number of customers in such a quick time and seemed freindly while they did it.

Quality is gone now. Just got orange chicken and not only was there chunks of 4-6 inch’s of just breading NO CHICKEN when I did find rare pieces of chicken it was extremely dark and tasted off - this is not normal. I called and they do not make their stuff fresh anymore as advertised it’s frozen “chicken”. Asked for refund but was offered another plate.
