They don't have the slightest respect for their clients. It is not the first time with a problem in my order. I didn't ask for rice in my order but I see that they don't care at all what you order in this place

Poor food quality. We eat here maybe once a month. It is a hit and miss with this location. Sometimes the food is good and most of the time’s below standards. I love noodles. But for some reason this location gives you more vegetables than the noodles. Tired of the crappy service as the employees remarks are, “that is how the food is made”…. If I wanted a salad I would order a salad but I want noodles! Why is it hard for Panda Express to accommodate the right amount of noodles? Very frustrating and disappointing. Waste of my hard earned money!

They were so mainly focused on getting takeout orders. They was giving them the fresh food and giving us the old nasty food. Here’s the quality of this teriyaki chicken wow y’all really did this Who win their right mind will want to eat this

This is a busy location so the idea that customers can order their meals prior to paying - is a very bad idea. Order 1st then it gets made would make sense. Cashier couldn't get people rung up properly and then EVERYONE'S food is sitting on the counter getting COLD 🥶 waiting to be rung up. Pathetic. Whoever owns this location should tell corporate sorry we're doing it a different way. Period. GOOD Service is more important than doing it the usual Panda Express "way"

Dont even know why I broke my rule of never going here but last week I did. Its been a really long time since I picked up to go food from here but Ive honestly never tasted anything so gross. The rice had a burnt oil flavor on all of it . The orange chicken was old, and the honey seasame chicken tasted like the burnt oil thst the rice had in it. I also ordered a chicken eggroll. Cashier guy said it would be just a few mins for more to be made. I said no problem I didnt mind waiting for fresh made food. But then after about 5 mins he came over to me apologized and said he was just informed that they have zero chucken eggrolls and zero veggie springrolls. Asked if I wanted their wonton thingy instead. I said sure I guess. Figured could hurt to try them . def not a fan. Since it was my fir
