Panda Express

We had a great experience at the Panda Express in Hudson, WI! On January 1st, about an hour before closing, they served a group of around 15 of us and were super friendly, patient, and fast. The food was fresh and tasted great, and the staff was very kind and welcoming even though it was late. Really appreciated their great service!

This place is always amazing. I really enjoy their family meal because I can feed my family of six off of it. Not a lot of places where you can spend forty bucks and feed six people 😁 staff is always friendly and the place has always been clean.

Every single time I come here they don’t have nothing ready. It takes about 25 minutes to get your food and they never have change. They’re slower then anyone the crew needs adjustment faster owner needs to realize you do not hire friends and friends and friends cause all those girls are doing is talking and laughing. They’re not moving. They have no hustle in them for nothing.

The place is not bad. The quality of the food is low, but considering the price you are paying, it's acceptable. I would probably try to improve the customer service at this place. Also, they need to clean the place a little better.

Ordered through the drive thru, was told it would be 8 minutes till done. Paid my bill & went to the waiting parking spots. Got home with our meals and they only put the 1 entree in each container. The family had to find something else for dinner tonight. Called & was told I would have to return, 3 hours away, with my receipt to get a refund or they would comp me the missing entree the next time not the entire order just the missing entree. Offer heating my orange chicken up and eating some it was very bland, something is missing from it. Guess I will quit eating Chinese food, can't seem to get anything eatable. Was in a few weeks ago and called in an order from my hotel around the corner, got there and they didn't have my order. Couldn't order online due to too close to closing. I asked
