Always love the food, sooo tasty and well prepared. The service was ok, but the one lady got rude when I took pics of what I ate, pics so I'd remember for this review. Also, every time someone opens the door, it was freezing in there!

Cold food, shitty staff. Drive through will forget your stuff. Their use of AI at the drive through is kind of jarring between the friendly recorded voice and the staff member.

Arrived around 8pm on 8-29. Went to place an order for dine in. They were out of items that I wanted, but said they would be up in a few minutes. 2 employees wrote my order on an empty box and cashed me out, saying they would bring it out to me in a moment. A handful of guests came in shortly after. They proceeded to help them. Over 20 minutes went by and I still hadn't gotten my food. I assumed they had forgot so I went back up to the counter. I noticed a box of food sitting on the line at this time. When I asked to speak to the employee at the register, he asked me to wait and proceeded to assist everyone else first. When you come in the store to order, you are not the priority. Seems like they’re only worried about the drive-through. With no one else in line. Takes 15+ minutes to even be acknowledged by the employees when It finally comes time to order they are very rude about it. There Seems to be no manager on standby. Do not go here.
