Panda Express

A staff member was about to go to lunch, had her plate prepped, and then when she saw there were people waiting for mobile orders she put her lunch aside and attended to the customers before going on her lunch. I wouldn't have blamed her at all for just going on her lunch but I appreciate that she took a moment to make sure customers got their food.

waited in the drive thru for 22 minutes to pick up a pickup order because the front doors were locked so I couldn’t go inside, got my food and it’s cold(plus they had me in line till they closed so it’s not like I couldn’t go back). on top of that, when we got to the window, they didn’t even have it anywhere it could’ve been kept warm, just chillin by the sink. you’d think that if you were gonna make people wait that long for their food, you’d at least keep it warm.

Any time I've been here to pick up an order, it is very chaotic. We stood at the online pickup area for 5 minutes with nobody acknowledging us then a line built up behind us. I had to speak up and ask if we were all standing at the right place before someone said yes and asked for my name. After not finding my order, I showed them my text saying it was ready. They finally found it, unbagged and waiting. My daughter had her order too with confirmation and they couldn't find hers either so had to get it ready right then. This is why I rarely order here. The food was good though!

You guys need to do something about your drive-thru times. Waiting over 15mins in line after the order is unacceptable. The food is already prepared. Its just a matter of getting in a box and collecting payment. Really no excuses for excessive Wait times.
