Panda Express

I ordered online for pick up shortly after 9 pm. When we arrived we were told we don’t get priority just because we preordered and had to wait. (What is the point of offering online order if you are not going to prepare the food and have it ready at the designated time? The whole point of ordered in advance for pickup is to save time.) The restaurant was supposed to close at or after 10, so it didn’t occur to me that the food would not meet the usual standards. Instead of hot and fresh-like food, our dishes were barely lukewarm even though we live only about 10 minutes away and we often do take out from this location (and usually get hot food). Went to Panda Express in Lake Oswego off of I-5 and Boones Ferry and had the worst experience ever. I waited in line for over 15 minutes I ordered the new shrimp and beef just to find out that it is covered in red peppers hot red peppers the beef was cold the shrimp was cold. The fried rice has no flavor whatsoever. And the person that was helping me took her sweet time expected me to pay what the credit card when I clearly told her I wasn't even done with my order I think her name was Jessica then she wanted me to clear and cancel the credit card while I was trying to pay with cash. It wasn't that busy the manager got three online orders done before she could even get one order taken care of. Never coming back to that store ever.

Order wok fire shrimp and got honey shrimp did not notice until I pulled up to charge my vehicle. How do you get an order like that mixed up. Trusting workers to complete the order correctly with out costumers checking the food is why people go to get food. I stop by this spot a lot and never have this issue. I will return this whole meal and better have not one problem with the situation

Came here at 5:15pm on 12/15/25 and ordered the beef broccoli, honey sesame chicken and a split of chow mein and fried rice. Everything but the chicken tasted so bland and flavorless, like there wasn't a lick of salt or seasoning on any of it. Even the beef looked bare and sad. I dont understand what happened here but it was not an enjoyable meal.

Ordered through the Panda Express app for delivery, nearly 2 hours after the order our food arrived. I drove to the store after we were waiting over an hour (after my wife called and tried to talk to them twice. Asked to cancel and/or refund the order). Our food was picked up while I was heading over and they refused to work with me in any way, refused a refund. Blamed it all on door dash. Yes door dash was delivering but it’s ultimately on the restaurant to not send out COLD food. The fact that they refused to do anything other than acknowledge the food sat on the counter for a very long time is unacceptable.
