Customer Reviews
Horrroble customer service! Oh my.., the gentleman taking drive thru orders right now is atrocious! Very aggressive and monotone, I told him he shouldn’t be in customer service with that attitude… he said nah that’s just how I am! Shocked. Made our dinner experience horrible and after spending a substantial amount of money, very disappointed.
Had a great visit! Very clean place with very stylish decor. Super busy and yet, everything was full and available. Staff were friendly with customers and each other. Food was excellent and fresh. First time at this Panda Express. 👀 😋 Coke products with tea options. Large parking lot with ADA right up front. Four people are for under $40. Bigger Plate, Plate, cub meals, extra sides.
Foods never made right, the manager is more concerned with the appearance of herself and her crew rather than running an actually restaurant. Throwing the whole celery and cabbage into the shredder for prep is ridiculous. Get rid of the butt, you're not saving yourself money, you're ruining quality costing yourself money in loss of sales.
I ordered a bigger plate and did not get my third entree at all. So, I paid for a bigger plate, but only received a regular plate. In addition, I asked for orange chicken and got teriyaki chicken instead. How can the receipt be accurate, yet the food isn’t? This was super frustrating and not worth driving back into town to fix, so now I’m out an extra $1.50 and have only 1 entree of what I asked for. Super annoyed.
During a recent visit with my 14-year-old son, I witnessed an interaction that made me uncomfortable as a customer and as a parent. A male employee loudly asked a female coworker, “where’s my hug at?” in front of customers. What stood out was the immediate reaction: the female employees stopped interacting with him, avoided eye contact, and an awkward silence followed. No one went to give him a hug. The employee then tried to play it off as a joke, but it clearly wasn’t received that way. From a customer’s perspective, it came across as harassing in nature and unprofessional for a workplace. It actually opened up an unexpected conversation between me and my son about how “where’s-my-hug” behavior is typically received in the workplace, why it often makes coworkers uncomfortable, and why it
