Panda Express

Went thru window today and my fortune cookie was so stale it was chewey. Literally spit it straight out. That was a first for me! Orange chicken has for sure gotten dry and crusty lately. Hope they actually see these comments and try to improve because I really like Panda!

I come to this Panda Express location quite often, and they never miss. My food is always hot, fresh, and made just right every single visit. My go-to order is the orange chicken with fried rice—literally unbeatable—and of course I have to get the cream cheese Rangoons because they’re addicting. The staff keeps everything super clean and organized, which I really appreciate. The counters, the drink station, even the seating area always look well taken care of. It just makes the whole experience feel better when you can tell a place takes pride in staying tidy. Overall, this is one of my favorite quick spots to grab something delicious. Consistent, clean, and always hits the spot!

The manager, Zachary at this Panda Express went above and beyond to ensure we had what we wanted and that it was cooked fresh. It was refreshing to have employees visit with us and to see them smiling. Panda Express you need to hold on to this manager!

My go to place until today. Got a Grilled Teriyaki bowl and as I’m at eating I look down and a huge chunk of metal is imbedded in the chicken. This piece looks like something they used to tie legs together on whole freezer chicken. Staff has always been nice and store is always positive. But it takes one time for something like this to happen and just lose the trust in the food. Even being an accident.

I always stop at this Panda Express when I go through Marble Falls!!! The food is always good and the drive through is always fast!!! I went through the drive through yesterday and Rachel M couldn’t have been any nicer!!! She’s been at the window several times when I’ve gone through the drive thru and she is always very friendly and helpful!! She’s respectful and very knowledgeable!! She’s another good reason I go to this Panda Express!!!!
