Panda Express

It was honestly shocking to see a place serving food have such poor restroom upkeep and no soap for guests. It made me question how well they’re keeping up with overall cleanliness in the restaurant. The fact that the employee had to bring me soap in a water cup from the kitchen’s hand-washing station just felt unprofessional and unsanitary. However, despite the disappointment in hygiene, I can’t lie—the food completely redeemed my mood. I requested my meal to be cooked fresh, and it came out hot, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned, reminding me why I keep coming back to Panda Express in the first place.

Everytime I come in the morning the food is never fresh… you can definitely tell that it was from the night before. My last strike was when I found hair and my food.. instead of them bringing out fresh rice she made me some out of the same bowl…. Half of the crew was polite the other half just not so happy… WROST PART IS THEY CALLED THE POLICE ON ME AND I ONLY WANTED TO EAT… I’m 7 mons pregnant

These guys are my life saver for my family. I usually don't get there until 930-10pm. Yet Everytime time if their out of what I want they will literally make it fresh. They could simply say " Sorry sir we are close to closing and are out of that now.". But nope they make it, this is what I call going WAY BEYOND the level for customers satisfaction. The place is always clean, the employees are pleasent to talk to. It's a great family environment. Which in these days is getting harder and harder to find. Oh and did I mention the food is outstanding!!! Thank you Panda Express!! YM.

I usually enjoy Panda Express, but this location felt a bit disorganized, as if the team was still getting used to the routine. The food wasn’t as good as what we’re used to from other Panda locations, which was a little disappointing. Hopefully, with some improvement in coordination, it can match the quality we expect from the brand. I added five starts because we like the food. But the rest of the issue it is about to specific location, not Panda Express in general.

12/22/21: Online ordering is suck. Promised to be ready by 5:45pm. I came at 6pm. Still not ready. I came to find out that they're not even ready. Since I already paid, I have no choice but wait. Finally got the food at 6:20. Basically, there's still first come first serve, even for prepaid online ordering. great location. Food? It's fast Chinese food ... what would you expect?
