SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! Do not order through the app at this location. They give you small sizes for everything no matter the size you order. I spent $12 on a large à la carte entire and they gave me a small… didn’t notice until I got home 30 minutes later. Absolutely horrible customer service. I will never return to this location EVER!

The plate of fried rice, chow mein, and black pepper chicken was delicious 😋 with quick service. Definitely try it again.

Walked in to this store (and this chain) for the very first time recently. It was during the week and about 2PM. The dishes I saw on display looked completely unappetizing, and though I rarely walk out of a restaurant without making a purchase, I did so here. Fast fooding Chinese food may make sense in a Chinese food desert, but that does not describe this area at all. On the other hand, places like fast food pizza manage to survive despite the thousands of better options for pizza in the area, so perhaps this place has a point, but it's definitely not the kind of food or presentation that appeals to me on any level. Actually ended up in the Shop Rite across the street and felt no guilt as I purchased their own take on buffet style Chinese food. Which at least looked more appealing than

One of the go to places for a quick bite in Morristown area. Staffs were friendly and place is clean. Plenty of tables available. Orange chicken and sesame seeds chicken are must try, they’re delicious. Some portions of Chow mein were overcooked otherwise it’s good. Better buy bigger plate instead of plate, since you will get one more entree for just an additional $1.5. Limited parking space available.

Here’s a stronger, more impactful version of your review—clear, firm, and professional: ⸻ Worst Panda Express experience I’ve ever had. I walked in to order two plates, one of which included Black Pepper Chicken. There was barely anything left in the tray, yet the employee still scraped the bottom of the pan and served a plate with almost no meat at all. The portions were extremely stingy—by the time you finish your meal, you’re basically just eating rice or noodles. For the price they charge, this is completely unacceptable. If they’re out of an entrée, they should say so instead of serving scraps. Very disappointing and not worth the visit.
