Panda Express

Terrible rice, served on a plastic plate, and the food was unnecessarily spicy. Very low quality. I won’t be coming back.

Stopped here for dinner and got the grilled chicken with the super greens. Everything was great and the service was excellent. My only complaint being that the greens were a little dry.

DONT COME DURING NIGHT SHIFT! service is ALWAYS trash you can never understand what the employees are saying and WORSE they cant even understand YOU, they prioritize closing over customers and will start closing 2 to 3 hoirs early. theyll even make you pull off to the side to wait for your order at drive thru just to forget about your order you JUST paid for because theyre too busy cleaning and picking music to play loudly on a Bluetooth speaker..... this has happened TWICE and just tonight they charged my husband for 3 meals but only gave him 2 (I had to give my children my plate cuz they didnt make theirs) and the worst part is it was cold and also not what we ordered even though he had to repeat the order 3 times cuz they cant comprehend English well..... id much rather make the drive o

Stopped in on my way to work, was greeted kinda by 1 staff member as I walked in. Stood at the counter for about 1 min till I was asked what I would like. I went there specifically for the new Hot orange chicken. To be honest it was more like how they made it in the 80's in my opinion. More sauce and not dry with a touch of heat. This new item needs to stay.

Honestly, my experience at Panda Express on Charlotte Pike has been very disappointing. The food often tastes old and not fresh like it was cooked the day before. I’ve ordered from this location about five or six times, and almost every time the food made my stomach hurt afterward. This is not acceptable. I really hope the management checks the food quality and cleanliness because this has happened too many times.It’s a shame because other Panda Express locations are great . this is the only one that’s been consistently bad. That’s mean they need change all the stuff .
