I tried to order via the app, but I could not make it to the payment section for some unknown reason. I drove to the store and had to wait 25 minutes order. The restaurant ran out of white rice and fried rice when it was my time to order. I had to wait 15 minutes for the grilled chicken. I was extremely impressed how friendly the staff was. The food was delicious. All in all, I recommend this restaurant.

The Manager on duty at 10:53am Friday morning on January 23, I believe his name is Josiah was very rude and didn't start showing any good customer service until he heard me say I was going to do a review on him. I waited almost 20 minutes for my food and the store was over staffed. Which is why I couldn't understand why it was taking so long. There was only 1 other customer inside with me and they had already been waited on. He offered me something off next time I visited but I said no thank you. I will not patronize this location again. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I order catering today. The food was due for pickup at 3:45 p.m. I got there at 3:50 p.m. stood in line for awhile Alexa finally address me telling me she'll be with me never look back up to see what I need. Finally was able to get someone to help by the name of Joshua I found him I was picking up a catering order and I've been here for a while the time is now 4:10. I asked can I get a refund for the catering or could they remake the food because this food been sitting up there for a while he told me he can remake the food or give me corporate number. He went back to talk to someone named Hector. Hector told him the food only been up there since 3:52 and he will not remake it. The team working tonight are PHENOMENAL! People out the door, online orders coming though like shooting stars, and drive thru line long! And they rocked it without a manager!!!! The food was fresh, delicious, and the customer service was TOP TIER! Give them a raise immediately!!!!!
