Panda Express

I'm pissed off because they stole my money for an order of two plates. I don't even feel like writing and explaining the whole crap. But long story short, I ordered and paid online, showed up near closing, they locked doors and refused to give me my order, which was sitting right on table. You could see different ones smiling and laughing like it's funny. But the thing about jokes..... there's always more jokes to come👌🏽, and sometimes the jokes on you, cause others like to laugh too🙂. So always be kind . UPDATE- so corporate did do the right thing and I got refunded. So Panda Express is still a favorite place, but avoid this location at all cost.

My fiancé and I stopped in this location to grab a quick early dinner. I’m not from the area but my fiancé is and knows the better chain locations out here. Incidentally my man rarely requests Chinese for dinner when we take away but tonight to my surprise he had a taste for specifically Panda Express! I never turn down any Asian cuisine and especially American Chinese! The last time I had Panda Express was on the west coast maybe over ten years ago and so I was interested in seeing if it could compare to the tasty memories I was so fond of when dining at their California locations and it was! This place was a good as I had remembered Panda Express to be and they filled us up with their “Bigger Plates” in where you get 3 entree’s and one side for like $12 bucks! The price was right and s

The Worker named Maria made my food and when she went to make as I asked for Sesame shrimp and beef i had gotten the (plate) she only gave me 1 little scoop of that and the other worker filled the rest with the other side I asked for and when I went to ask to put a little bit more shrimp and beef they say they’d charge me extra when I should’ve gotten my moneys worth and as I was leaving she had the nerve to laugh about it . I don’t appreciate it at all . I will not be coming back to panda express besides If I do she will not fix my order ! * MORE ORANGE CHICKEN THEN SESAME SHRIMP & BEEF * !

On december 24th I placed an order for pick up . I set my time for pick to be asap so it was supposed to be ready at 9:14pm. I get a notification that my food is ready at 9:03 so i ultimately hurry to pick up my food so that it doesn’t get cold. surprisingly, i was left to find the door was locked upon arrival. i see associates there and they’re cleaning. i was confused because i still had my order waiting on the shelf and people had their delivery orders to pick up so i called the store from outside. no response. the worker who’s on break tells me to wait 10 minutes. i’ve worked at panda express so i was assume he just started his break. he finished his break and completely ignored us went to go clean the bathroom. i called again and this time i could see a manager who was cleaning the wo

Do not get the teriyaki chicken at this location. The person cooking is not fully cooking the chicken and I had to find out the hard way. The chicken was very rubbery and had no char or teryaki on it.While the manager offered me a new plate with different entrees, the teriyaki chicken was undercooked during my 2nd visit as well. I expressed food safety concerns with management and clearly nothing was done. I will not be eating panda express again.
