Panda Express

We’ve eaten here a couple of times and it’s always been good. Tonight Aiden helped me with my take out order and he was fantastic! Such a positive young man that made sure we had fresh food for dinner! The orange chicken, green bean chicken and mushroom chicken was well loved in our house tonight! Thank you Aiden 🙂

Great staff. Food had little to no flavor. Lo mein dry and also no flavor. Needs more hoisin/soy sauce. Rice was bland. Zucchini was an odd addition to the Kung Pao stir fry. Doubtful we’ll return. When it first opened it was excellent.

I've been to this Panda Express multiple times so far. The food is okay but seems inconsistent. Today my Orange Chicken was really crunchy or hard as a rock for some of the pieces I was trying to eat. I was eating around 3:30pm so maybe I was eating chicken from hours ago? The other issue I see more than anything is the service is incredibly slow. I was the only one in line and waited almost 5 minutes before someone finally asked me what I wanted. There is also an issue I see with certain managers. One got right on things and told me someone would be with me soon and assigned someone to get my order on one occasion. The other manager they have actually pulled the cashier aside to talk about someone that was complaining about how slow the line was.... I wonder why? I stared at them and my f

I got the orange chicken, chow mein bowl and I found raw pieces of chicken in my bowl.

They gave me an extra scoop for having to wait 6 minutes for Beijing Beef. This is appreciated especially since I’m unemployed. I’ve been to Panda in Pekin three times now, everything is as it should be. A month ago I was at a Panda in Bloomington on Market St. and I asked the lady to make me two plates as she would want them for herself. [I have trouble making up my mind. Also I hadn’t been there before]. She gave me an employee discount. Very nice lady. I came back later and gave her a tip. Very kind. Thanks to the Two Pandas from a person with little money. It’s greatly appreciated on every level.
