Panda Express

Food was soggy, cold and gross. Orange chicken was tough to chewy, cold and soggy I ordered vegetable spring rolls but got cold stale crab puffs and they shorted portions on à la carte entrées… I called to get it corrected but they wanted us to come back. I would have but there was an ancient right in front of their store that had a 20 minutes traffic on baseline that was all blocked off. I just threw it away and will not return to this location. Terrible customer service and terrible food quality at this location. They were also rude to my gf while she was ordering and rushed her through the line. Horrible Horrible Horrible. The rice was burnt, the egg rolls burnt, the mixed greens were watered down no flavor, nothing tasted good. I think it's this location because my family enjoys panda. Never had this problem with them before. If they weren't closing soon I would take it back and get my money back.

Its weird the people complaining about bad service because ive been living in the area for 5+ years and NEVER had a bad experience with PE they are always fast and super nice and talk very clearly Ive never had a rude experience or waiting for a long time literally im always treated quickly and nicely so idk but just speakimg on my experience everythings good

I ordered online received message my order was ready. Came into store and they say it’s not ready yet. I was like okay that’s fine 20 minutes later I’m still waiting. Another person comes in and asks the cashier Gaby was her name where his food is at she was like we are waiting on orange chicken what do you want me to do. Terrible thing to tell a customer.

This place was extremely unfriendly. “Adriana” taking the orders couldn’t been more rude and dismissive. I asked her about the rewards program on the app and she had a blank face as if she had no clue. I asked for someone else that could explain it and she declined to get someone. I’m not a frequent guest so I am not familiar with it. Maybe she would be more suited to work in the back kitchen ?
