Panda Express

Had come in for two large chowmeins, the guy only had enough for one chowmein box. I had to wait for the other which is okay. I went to pay on advanced and then sat down But 5-10 minutes later I notice that there was new chowmein. But the guy was taking another order so I waited to see if I would be acknowledged. Another 10 minutes go by and I still haven’t gotten my chowmein. I told the guy I was still waiting for it and he got me it. He gave me the old chowmein frok when i first placed the order (20 minutes ago, I know people usually exaggerate the time but I placed my order at 10:58AM, and didn’t exit the building until 11:22AM). I told him I wanted to new one which he then gave me. He didn’t offer a bag or anything, handed me the two boxes and told me to have a good day. He didn’t apol

Can’t go wrong with Panda Express, definitely one of our go-to spots when we’re craving a quick meal. It’s consistent and our family like it, especially the orange chicken and the noodles. This location has been great, the staff here are always friendly, prompt, and efficient, even during busy hours. The food comes out fresh, the portions are solid, and everything’s clean and well-stocked. We appreciate how easy it is to swing by, grab a warm meal, and head out.

I was a bit disappointed with the quality of my experience. I used to work at panda and know the expectation but the sesame chicken was so old to the point where I didn't even eat it. I only eat my other entree which was good but the honey sesame the chicken was mushy (you can tell it was sitting there for a while) and the string beans were all wrinkly and old. The girl with the eyelash extension didn't have a name tag so I couldn't get her name, but very dismissive no greeting no thank you, when I asked for a small water cup she put it face down on the counter which to me how hard is it to give it facing up where it isn't touching the dirty surfaces .

Quick order time. Plenty to choose from. I have always enjoyed going to Panda Express as its still a restaurant, but you can be in and out like fast food. Food is always hot and fresh. I also like that the prices are still very reasonable.

Every time I come within the last 2-3 hours of closing all the food trays are either empty or look like they haven’t made anything fresh for the last 3 hours of business. None of the employees seem like they give a damn & are ready to clock out & turn the light outs the minute it turns 10p.m. Do better management, this only drives sales & customers away. No wonder this panda is rated 3 stars.
