Panda Express

Food portions new always good this panda express location. One thing I wish they did was always put teriyaki sauce with every teriyaki chicken order. Sometimes they forget but its still delicious. This place has a clean lobby majority of the time and the staff is surprisingly very friendly. This is the best panda express location in central oregon by far!

Placed a mobile order. It wasn’t ready when we got there so we were told to pull up front. We waited 30 minutes and still no sign of anyone with our food. So I went inside and it was just sitting on the shelf they forgot to bring it out. We got home and opened the container that had the cream cheese ragoons on them and they were full of mold.

The food can be hit or miss, especially in the drive through. Mostly because of the lack of entrees at certain times. But honestly? Panda express is becoming the most affordable place to eat if you actually want to feel full. $8 and you'll have leftovers. That's honestly so good. You should definitely go in if you can. Plates are the way to go.

Wow. Incredibly unprofessional. Ordered online, app told me it was ready for pickup so I went in to pick it up. I walk up to the register and no one greeted me, theyre super busy so whatever... over 5 minutes later still no one has said anything to me.. so I walked over the "order here" side. Wasn't greeted for another 5 minutes, not even we'll be wirh you in a minute. Ive worked in food, im aware it gets busy, but say SOMETHING. then when she finally comes over she says they do online orders at the register so I walk over and my food in fact not done.. next time I'll go somewhere else to eat. At this point I could've been to the one in bend and back for how long ive been waiting at this point.

45+ min of waiting in the drive thru, both times I’ve gone in a 2 month span. They weren’t even busy at all, 10 employees all just standing around goofing off. Terrible customer service. If you’re craving panda, it’s almost worth the drive to Bend that’s how terrible this one is.
