Panda Express

This place is out of line. As soon as I walked in I had to wait to be attended. After waiting a lady attended me but then cut me off and started talking to her coworker in Spanish about some other order then started to talk to me again. As I walked to the cashier to pay she asked if she could keep my change because they didn’t have change. She wanted to keep 65 cents?! That’s crazy right ? I told her no so I almost didn’t get my dinner! I had to pay with a card because she wasn’t going to give me change nor my dinner. As I ate I just sat and observed and she did that to everyone that walked in the store. Even telling customers in Spanish that she needed to keep their change because the cashier box didn’t have change. That’s crazy! Moments later she came out to the tables and had the audaci

I went in here around 8:45pm on a weekday. When I got in there were only 2 people in front of me. However, once we stood there about 15 mins and nobody took our order I began looking around. Almost every table was waiting on their food. There were 3 workers i saw. I looked in the window almost every bowl of food was empty. There was one girl cooking by herself!! Now I would get it if the other 2 were doing something, but you can't do anything with no food to serve. Then there was a Latina woman (I believe was the manager) told this black man he needed to pay for his food.... that was still being cooked before it came out. Overall, I only went because it is near my son's basketball practice. Go to the one in Pinole

This location is closer to my home, but I don’t even bother stopping here anymore cause nothing is ever ready! I lost count of how many times I showed up and there is so many food items missing! I just drive the extra ten minutes to the El Cerrito location they have the food items ready and the dining room is way cleaner.

ok im not sure if panda is a bad company to work for or what but it seems like every time i come in i deal with workers with the worst attitudes! ( fabolita and elizabeth im talking to you) honestly ive always enjoyed panda and honestly theres one solid worker who makes my visit enjoyable there and thats Keilani shes always so kind and helpful and doesnt make me feel bad for coming in and ordering or asking for fresh entrees ! shout out to her shes the only reason i will be returning . please make her the customer service trainer or something . smile ladies it costs nothing to be nice and keilani seems to get that!

I ordered online for pickup and they didn't start making it until I showed them I placed an order. As I was walking out the door with my order, I heard the employee who handed it to me tell another employee, "We're out of teriyaki sauce." I thought, surely that doesn't mean my order. I probably got the last of it. Surely they wouldn't give me my teriyaki chicken order and say nothing to me about it incomplete. Well they did. To top it off, the food is terrible. I frequent Panda Express but havent been to this location, so I can say that something about the taste of the chow mein here makes me feel like I have to hold back gagging. I hope I can get a refund.
