Panda Express

I placed an order as I was leaving my house on my way to work. The order was ready when I walked in (10 min drive). The service was quick and friendly. The store was clean ready for dinner rush! I got the sweet fire chicken breast w/ white rice. The chicken has a subtle heat that pairs well with the pineapple in the dish.

This location is always a hit or miss on whether or not you're going to feel like you just wasted your money. Expect your favorite entrees to always be out or wait The super greens are usually terrible, it's either undercooked or overcooked and usually zero flavor when most of the time at other locations it has a nice buttery taste on them It really just seems like they don't know how to properly cook the Panda Express standard with most of the food. It's honestly usually really overcooked or just not even made properly altogether There was one instance where I drove all the way home just to open my plate and realize they forgot a whole entree needless to say I was very frustrated I hate to say it but whoever is managing this location is definitely not holding the Panda Express level

Nice clean welcoming atmosphere. New and fresh feeling. Employees were very nice and helpful. They let me sample a few entrees until I knew what I wanted. I was very pleasantly surprised. The Beijing Beef is what I ended up choosing. I liked that only the employees handled the food and utensils, so I knew I was not touching a handle gross from someone's dirty bathroom hands. The only negative was 8 could tell the food had been sitting a bit because it was a little dry. Besides that the flavor was great.

I ate here with my sister and after finishing our food got a refill for my coke, mind you I ordered a small and my sister got a water cup. In my mind a small would be the smaller cup. After refilling my drink the team lead comes up to us no greeting straight hostility claiming that we’re using the water cup for coke and “stealing” we explained to her that we got confused and we did get water and a coke. Just in the wrong cups. She did not care and continued to be hostile and in my face told us to put it in the right cup still in a very rude way. We went straight to apologizing and continued to show her that there was water in the cup so basically it wasn’t stealing. I would never treat somebody this way and this is wrong leadership. Won’t be coming back.

I'll be 100% honest I've been all over the US And I've always been hungry after leaving Panda Express and other places they give you Barbie size portions, at this location in bartlesville I was very surprised they filled my plate up to the top I couldn't need it all so I would give this 10 stars if I could awesome job guys and I would highly recommend this location.
