Food is good, this location is usually busy, there will be a line and waiting time in peak houra. Staff is friendly, and service was good. Different kind of options are available. Suitable for grab to go, sweet taste and filling. Would recommend panda express when you're hungry, I like this store.

Great option to try Chinese food with reasonable cost. My kids love them a lot! Orange chicken is best of all! Love their spicy chicken with groundnut, red bell pepper! But fried rice is blunt / mild taste. It tastes good with chicken but doesn't taste great if you just eat without chicken. But a great option to have once in a while! We did online order for take out; noticed that none of the utensils like napkins, fork, sticks were provided. When we asked the staff around there, she was very friendly to provide them.

I ordered two bowls at Panda Express. When my food was served, I was given about a spoon and a half of rice and only 5 shrimp. The gentleman directly behind me ordered the same exact bowl and was given three full scoops of rice. I’m confused as to why there was such a difference in portion sizes when we paid the same price. Customers should receive the same portions regardless of who they are. Consistency and fairness matter.

Good service and I understand you are busy. But what’s the point of online ordering if you always prepare offline orders first and only start to process online orders when arrived? I thought online orders ahead of time could be more convenient for both customers and store, but looks like not working right

There is a beautiful time capsule located in the nicely, congested strip mall area known as Hadley Square. A time capsule which transports you to the PRECovid ERA- a time where service was high, morale was intact, and people were pleasant. I HAVE HAD THE LUXURY OF THIS EXPERIENCE TODAY! I WANTED A QUICK LUNCH, AND WAS MET WITH KINDNESS EFFICIENCY AND DELICIOUS FOOD. AND THERE WAS A FORK IN THE BAg !!!! My apologies caps lock was on. I don’t know how to go back and change. Excellent service , a lunch to remember. Wow and great work ethic in there. Thank you ! !!!
