Panda Express

Used the drive thru as I had just come ftom the airport heading to the hotel. The service was great and quick. The food was skimpy on the protein and veggies, and the noodles tasted as if they had been in the bottom of the pan for a while. This is not what I am accustomed to when getting food from Panda express. I have eaten the same dish ( it's my go to) in many different locations, but this one, was not a great experience. Had i eaten in and had this experience I would have asked for replacement food.

Was rushed through ordering very passively. Got the food quickly however more than half of my chow mein is pure cabbage. You can tell the just scrapped the bottom instead of supplying fresh food. I also got a very small size of entree considering what I’ve seen others get. Very disappointing :/

Only if I physically go in do I get all my sauces and good amounts and fresh food. If I get delivery or pick up even, its messed up. I always ask for chili sauce, never get it unless I'm physically there. I think it's weird if you order teriyaki chicken you have to request teriyaki sauce and even then you probably won't get it. So really what we want is blanched plain chicken? No you click teriyaki chicken so yeah teriyaki sauce should be automatic, no? If I order after like 8 pm, the chow mein is chopped up noodles? Its still tasty, just weird its chopped up. What's the insider reasoning for that?

Tables are all dirty, service is not good. They seem to only care about the drive through here.( we couldn’t even get in the parking lot because of drive through traffic blocking it, we had to park behind the building, even tho there was plenty of parking available in the front just couldn’t get past the drive through traffic) this last time we came in everything was full and fresh, before my family of 3 could even finish ordering almost all of it was out the window to drive through, the guy taking our order was literally being moved out of the way so the drive through workers can push past him to fill their boxes. So now we are waiting on rice. Instead of putting the rest of our order in the box he writes it on the box and sets it under the lights. There we were basically forgotten about

The food has been well above average in quality, flavor, freshness. Not dry or over cooked. I was delighted with my meal the last few times in a row I've eaten there. Big improvement, I applaud everyone that has made the effort to raise the bar.
