Panda Express

We were unable to find a restroom nearby and went into Panda Express. Although we were planning to buy food, the lady there was very rude and insisted that we buy something first just because she didn’t trust us. She said, “What if you just use the restroom and leave?” What kind of service is that? If you don’t trust your customers, maybe you shouldn’t be running a Panda Express.

There was a bit of a wait when I came in to order food to go, but plenty of staff were working which was nice to see. I was asked if I wanted to sample anything so I tried the Honey Walnut Shrimp (delicious!) I ordered the bowl of Orange Chicken with Steamed Rice. They got it out to me pretty quickly. Everything was cooked well and was hot. The prices are a little high to me for a fast food style place, but a place to go if you’re looking for a quick eat.

I have been to 30 different Panda Express locations in over 12 different states and this location by far is the absolute worst of all. Extremely unfriendly staff, manager who doesn’t know what he’s doing, portions poorly served, food was room temperature, my veggie was a giant piece of lettuce with two broccolis, I had diarrhea for two days. I love my panda but this was most horrifying experience. Is it Halloween already? Far from being stupandas

Terrible customer service. My daughter needed to use the restroom really bad and we went in there only to be denied and be told we need to purchase something for her to use it. This is my little girl and youre going to deny her the restroom because you want us to buy something. So I ended up buying something and the lady at the front was just not a pleasant person to deal. I could have made this into a bugger situation. But instead I will just come on here and express myself and say the customer service here is terrible and I will never return here again.

Panda panda panda panda well let me tell you I just left your store horrible horrible horrible customer service not only me and my girlfriend just paid for our food but the Mr. Order. Mind you if we didn't check our food we woulda went home without even having the right order. If we didn't double check. Thank God we did so we told them that our food was not the right order. So they made us wait about 10 good minutes before they gave us the right order as everybody passed by us as they haven't paid yet but they getting their food as served. And I'm a happy paying customer but it's OK though thank God I have Google views because this is why I'm writing about review. I will never come back to this Panda Express ever again.
