Panda Express

Waited a long time just to place order 2 cars ahead of me. Then waited again. Then they didn’t know what I ordered. To top it off the food was cold, and please refer to picture This was drive thru, and exactly how I received it. Wow this was $16 and change, excuse me?

I was discriminated at this store, I guess for my Spanish look. My parents are from Spain and I am an American Citizen. I was ready to order some food but, this girl keeps taking and taking with her co-worker while I was waiting right at front of her so, I told them how nobody is helping me better to go to a different restaurant to order the food for 10 people at the Tehachapi hospital. The decision was great because I got this delicious tamales which makes everyone so happy. I highly don't recommend this Panda restaurant in Tehachapi a cross from Walmart. They will discriminated you.

I'm now at 30min in the drive thru, I don't get how it can take so long? The poor window girls look just as frustrated, while trying to stay friendly. After 30min in the drive thru, I've been sent to wait in the parking lot... Sounds like they might need a new manager...

I had never been to Panda Express, there is one close to the hotel we are staying at. So I convinced to try it. Pulled though the drive-thru, and ordered. Pulled up to the window and paid, I was told, "It will be just a minute" they are making the beef and broccoli. Okay, pulled around to the front. About 12 minutes later someone comes out with an order and goes to the truck next to us(who was behind us in line) and we asked about our order. It will be out in just a minute 5 minutes later our order comes out. Went back to hotel, not more than a minute down the road. Thought I'd try a egg roll and a spring roll, cool at best. Not cold, but certainly not hot. I had ordered Beijing beef, now I'm not sure but is the beef supposed to be crunchy? I believe the entire meal for 3, over forty do

Take your money elsewhere. Came in with my family in the evening, ordered the greens and angus beef on one plate and broccoli and beef on another.. veggies on both plates were spoiled sour, and the steak was overcooked/burned. Manager asked me to bring my plate over, opened and had me hold it while I explain to her what was wrong for the 3rd time. She wanted to give me store credit, I dont plan on returning. Only offered a refund on one plate, after I insisted . Very cold, unapologetic and the worst experience I’ve had at a Panda Express.
