Jordan at the register has an attitude, which is a shame because she could really light up the place. I received my order with no utensil package or fortune cookie in the bag. I requested the utensil package; the cashier looked at the full bin of utensil packs within arms reach, then back at me with a mild expression and pointed me to the raw utensil container by the soda machine which frankly is empty on most occasions. Jordan if you’re reading this, I think you’re wonderful but I post because I know you have the natural power to make this place great or garbage. I hope the next time we see each other we’ll both be having a better day. Do NOT let my gripe spoil any credit for hard work elsewhere. I guess since they had a decent line of customers in the store ordering they couldn't care enough for my food. I placed an online order for pick up and had to wait 30 minutes after the time it was suppose to be ready. Half my food was already packed and got really cold, they gave me very small portions of meat and cold burnt ragoons. My food did not taste fresh and the manager was really rude and couldn't even properly explain that all orders not placed in the restaurant have to call customer service she just said, "I can't do anything for your online order. There's nothing for her there to refund me....." what kind of explanation is that? And said it with an attitude. I get she was tired you can see it in her entire body language and face expression, she was running the line with two othe

There are at list 10 people in front of me and the girl at the counter just kept doing the online orders. It looked like two or three online and then one customer. When o got to the front I made a comment about the fact that if you have that much orders online you should add another person so your line move faster. Big mistake, my food portion became so little. It is ridiculous that you can make a comment and don’t get punished for it. Picture is of a double order of teriyaki chicken.

It has been a while since I have been to Panda, it won't be from now on. First thing I notice was how clean it was. the service was very fast and food was great. I have been to a lot of Chinese restaurants and even hibachi grill places but from now on I'll be going here, you can't beat the price and the food.

Everything about this place is average. The food is consistant, unfortunately that’s not a good thing. Most of the items taste the same. The fried rice is always dry and doesn’t have much taste. The eggrolls aren’t that good. Different taste than any I’ve had at a Chinese restaurant. Dry too. I would like to mention I tried the honey walnut shrimp and that was tasty. I don’t go here on my own because it’s not good Chinese but sometimes others want to go.
