Panda Express

One of the better Panda Express locations I’ve been to. The staff was nice enough to let us rent out half of the indoor dining area and had all of our catering trays laid out when we arrived. The food was good and in huge portions (the honey walnut shrimp was excellent). The interior was also clean and well decorated.

I usually go to Panda Express just for the Orange Chicken—it’s my all-time favorite. I’ve tried some of their sides at other locations before, but I didn’t really like them. However, today I visited the Woodbridge location and tried the Chow Mein, and I actually liked it! I also tried their new entrée, the Hot Orange Chicken, and I loved it.

Very disappointing experience at this Panda Express. Around this date and time, a male employee was the one who took our order and handled everything. When I asked to sample the chicken before ordering, he immediately said they don’t do free samples. That was fine, so I ordered it anyway, but he kept rushing us even though the restaurant was empty. After we ordered, we waited almost 20 minutes because the food wasn’t ready, and no one told us anything. There was no communication at all. When I finally asked what was going on with my order, he didn’t even address me—he was on the phone and had a female coworker come over to answer me and fix the issue instead. Yesterday on 3/23 I ordered Panda Express via Uber Eats. When I picked up my food I thought the bottom felt a little cold but I thought it was just the rice since I ordered white rice with orange chicken. When I opened my food I took a bite of the rice and then ate a piece a chicken and that’s when I knew something was wrong. Once I spit it out the piece was completely RAW. I opened up 4-5 more pieces and it was all raw. I went to the location and when I spoke to the manager on duty I was told that the chicken is suppose to come pre-cooked and that they were really surprised that the chicken was raw. I told her that maybe they should change all the food during that time because they could be getting everyone in here sick and they totally disregarded what I said and said that it was fine bu

This is my favorite Panda Express location. I frequent this place often and the food is always good, the rice is yummy, the place is clean and the staff is friendly. I do recommend this location and I highly recommend the walnut shrimp, it is so so good and also the cream cheese ragoons! Edit (06/29/24): I just added some more pictures. You see our plates?? Overflowing! This place is awesome with their portion sizes. I can’t rave enough about this place. It’s honestly the best Panda Express I’ve tried in New Jersey! Oh and Marvin was really nice to us! He was really amicable and welcoming. Great customer service. As a local, I recommend this place.
