Roslyn 10/10!! My friend and I stopped by for lunch and to be honest we were not very prepared.. We had no idea what we wanted and I definitely felt like I was being difficult but did not mean to be at all. A very nice woman helped us and not only was she extremely patient with us but even helped us decide and gave her honest opinion on certain items. She had such a beautiful smile and laughed with us. The best customer service I’ve had in a very long time! If you’re considering stopping by I say do it! You will not be disappointed if she works with you. Thank you Roslyn!
My digital coupon didn’t want to work on the app and the manager still validated it for me. That was very nice! I love when managers value the customer! Ate here plenty of times and food is always hot!
always come here between classes. Delta is so kind she’s is always the first to greet me and first to say bye. today she recommended the best coffee i’ve had in a while, vanilla latte :D
Great costumer service I just hate not knowing what to order 😊😋😋 I guess they need an update on their furniture Got there Sunday for a quick breakfast and got surprised with a green paper on the door saying close until further notice 😳 After this day Panera it's open I don't know what happened that day that I went there I really like to visit this place I love the warm bowls and the oatmeal 😋
