Panera Bread

First of all it’s Panera Bread, not a five star restaurant. For what it is, I give the place a great rating with reserve. The manger was great. We had said my wife had a dairy allergy. So the she went through the menu and helped my wife pick out a soup that was dairy free. She went back and got my wife a sample of a soup. So we ordered. I got the Italian ciabatta. My wife got the chili and half a chicken blt sandwich. The young lady who was working the register did not request no dairy or cheese on the sandwich. Which was bonus because I got to eat it. And that’s why I give the service a four star with reserve. They were so nice trying to avoid a soup with no milk. The girl should have held the cheese. Maybe we should have reminded her? I love Panera and I hate to leave any negative review but upon eating my take out i found a hair and if not the piece of cheese stuck to it I’d have put that in mouth. Very disappointing experience and now I’ve lost my appetite to eat anything/feel a bit nauseous.

I use to be a huge Panera fan but the prices started rising and the quality started falling so we started going elsewhere. The other day we were feeling a little nostalgic so we dropped in to this Panera. What a mistake!! What happened to the items we use to order? Why did prices increase for a sandwich by 50%? The freshness is gone, the quality is gone and the customers are gone. The place isn’t what it use to be. I won’t go back to this Panera or any other Panera.

Very busy Panera location located amongst a major strip mall in Annapolis. There is plenty of seating in this restaurant but they don't have any of the in-store kiosks which is inconvenient because they only had one register which caused a large line. The bathrooms were neglected and not as clean as I had hoped. However, the team members were very friendly and did their best to serve every in an efficient manner.

Wi-Fi here is spotty. The location is really clean. There’s always someone wiping down the tables. The baked goods, drinks and sandwiches were on point. It’s a good place to people watch as well with large windows and plenty of people walking around the shopping center
