You all know Panera, but what's important is how each location is. This spot, the service was very friendly!! Fast too, and there was a lot of seating here. This location also has a drive thru available but I walked in for service, my preference. I went through the drive-through to get a Bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, when I’ve got up to the window, I asked if my bagel can Be toasted and buttered first. The young lady at the window told me that they cannot put butter on the bagel..when I asked why She couldn’t answer me. She just told me that they could not do it. She told me that she could give me butter, which meant I would have to take all the items off of the bagel and butter my own bagel. I then asked for a manager, which seemed to perplex her. Some other young lady came up and said that they are not allowed to put butter on the bagels due to safety reasons. She then told me that they are not allowed to put cream cheese on a bagel. $7.49, I picked up my bagel at the window went to eat it and the sandwich was not cut and did no

Love their unli sips and plenty of sauces/condiments. The tuna sandwich is kinda salty tho but thankfully I have rusted potato soup to balance it. We only spent around $13 per person

Mia told me to warm my croissant in the microwave under the coffee dispensers. Is that normal? I’ve always had people in the back warm for me? A sketchy vibe at this place. And they forgot something in my order.
