Panera Bread

I love this Panera and especially this location. When you walk in you have a row of several order kiosks where you can place your order in-store. You can also use your Panera app to make a mobile order for pick up. This location is very classy and is mostly glass windows with plenty of seating. This location is very clean and the team members are very friendly. I've never had an issue with the quality of service or the food. I highly recommend their unlimited sips program- it definitely pays for itself. Parking is difficult to find in this area. Depending on the day of the week and time of day you may be able to find paid/free street parking.

Stellar and phenomenal Panera Bread location in the heart ❤️ of Ballston, Virginia! I’m visiting many different Panera Bread locations and each one is so incredibly special! The staff and the customers are amazing. The food and beverages are, of course, outstanding! I can’t wait to return and thank you tremendously for being such a wonderful company. 💙🙏

I’ve been enjoying Panera’s Unlimited Sip Club, and it’s a great deal! Having access to a variety of drinks, especially the iced teas and coffees, is fantastic, and it definitely keeps me coming back. However, I’ve been a bit disappointed with the quality of the food lately, especially the sandwiches. They often barely have enough protein and feel a bit underwhelming for the price. The sandwiches also tend to be sloppily prepared, which takes away from the overall experience. On the bright side, the staff is always friendly and helpful, which makes the visit more pleasant. If the food quality improves, Panera would definitely be a top choice for me.

I’ve been to many Panera Bread locations, but this one truly stands out because of its exceptional customer service. Every visit is a positive experience, and a big part of that is thanks to the manager, who always goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcomed and valued. The manager is consistently visible on the floor—greeting customers, checking in to make sure everyone is satisfied, and even helping the staff during busy times. It’s clear they genuinely care about the guest experience and create a warm, friendly atmosphere that makes you want to come back. The rest of the team is also attentive, polite, and quick to help. Orders are accurate, the space is clean, and the overall vibe is relaxed but professional. It’s refreshing to see a location where management leads by example
