Panera Bread

First time I’ve been here since this summer. I ordered the Frontega Chicken sandwich And the chicken balsamic and grains salad. I usually don’t tip until I check my order. My order was perfect. Cash tip straight To the jar . The salad was so fresh and crisp and Was full of great fresh ingredients. The sandwich didn’t last long. it was delicious. .😊 Kudos to Karen and the team !!

I can always expect a good experience when I come to this Panera. The food is great and the service is excellent! Thank you to London at the front counter for being so kind and doing a great job making my sandwich!

Updated 2024 review: Food, service and cleanliness all good. Great view of a pond while dining. Prices could be lower though. Efficient friendly service and good food with no errors in the order. The dining room was not clean with lots of scraps on the floor despite visiting the location before noon.

We had a positive experience eating lunch here on a trip to the Poconos. The soup and sandwich combos we had were prepared quickly and delicious. We shared a fresh chocolate chip cookie. The restaurant and restrooms were clean, and the staff friendly.

I have been to Panera plenty of times and this was the first time I had a bad experience due to carelessness of the staff and their lack of customer service behaviour. We ordered a hummus avocado cheese sandwich and they didn't put the avocado and the hummus was excessively spread in it. Moreover, that bald man was rude and didn't care about customer satisfaction and their needs. I realize that Panera is always busy but their service was so poor and hardly seemed to care for anyone. Never going back there again.
